As an AS MVP Gold 75K on a 2 pax booking, with my wife on the same flights, separate PNR (AA Plat). SFO-LAX-BOS.

Wife cleared, I have not yet. Website says CPU requested, but something is definitely broken w upgrades ahead of gate.
