Ah, one of the "benefits" of these alliances. You have to figure out if a fare qualifies on another airline. If it were solely AA, you could ask AA. However, if you credit it to AS, AA is going to say that they have NO idea and AS may say, "It depends on what exact fare class AA sends us".
