I went through my QRPC statement and noticed similar discrepancies with flights marketed by QR and operated by AY that I flew back in October, which was before the spend-based earnings came into effect. Besides, I don't think AY would be able to determine the spend for a particular leg on a ticket marketed and issued by QR, and then communicate some Qpoint and Avios amount based on that back to QR.

What's frustrating is that the totals don't really make sense at all. On the HEL-DOH leg in October, I earned 13 Qpoints on class S, whereas class S is 20 QPoints on the QR chart and 7 Qpoints on the AY chart. In November, I flew in class Q, earning 9 Qpoints, which is 16 on the QR chart and 7 on the AY chart. And the other week, I flew in class R, earning 18 Qpoints, while class R is 20 on the QR chart and 13 on the AY chart. In other words:

This means that I've sometimes been earning the AY rate on Qpoints, but a higher rate for Avios. And sometimes a Qpoints rate in between the QR and AY chart that shows on neither chart. If I make a big deal about this, I guess they could actually remove Qpoints in cases where I earned more than the AY chart offers -- but I have no way of knowing how this is supposed to go, since the QR website doesn't address situations where the operating and marketing carriers are different, and I can't find the T&Cs online either...
