If I remember correctly, the owner of the HR and Unbound doesn't own the land that the HR sits on top of So is frugal on HR hardware because she worries the government will end the contract and take away the hotel. She does own the land the Unbound is on so hopefully will go more luxury in the fit out

HR is nice (been twice this year) but the suites are in dire need of a renovation and the whole property is just passable

I could be remembering wrong.
