Sadly, it seems to be a deeper problem than that and affecting many people. I even tried uninstall and reinstall but it's properly broke this time and probably requires an update to the app.
It maybe related to the account renewals, change of membership years! I‘m on the latest version and it’s working for me on iOS. It’s an odd one.
