My standard flying bags are a bookbag ("personal carry-on") and the 40L Eagle Creek Wheeled Duffel ("carry-on luggage").

And typically, I take my leather jacket on my trips as I am going to need it at sometime at one of the places I visit for several weeks (or longer). When I don't have much stuff to carry, I can stuff the jacket into the duffel, but on my trip later this week, I'm full to the gills, and being late May leaving from MSY, obviously, I am not going to be wearing the jacket (I don't like wearing it inside even in the winter in WAW). I had thought that with the shoulder straps, I would be able to neatly tie the jacket around it, but it is turning out to be a bit of a disaster, although I can tie it around the handle bar. (My idea is to go through the gate - yes even in summertime MSY, LOL - wearing the jacket.)
So I am looking for some type of an extra little bag that the jacket can fit in (I think 12L will do it) such that it has retractable straps with lobster clasps to make it nice and neat while I wheel it around, not having to worry about the jacket falling off, etc. If it can be bought at Amazon, that would be great - but I wouldn't have a problem paying through the nose to get it at a known store at LHR-5 (where I will be transiting through).
