Hoping to get some quick answers/direction after the cluster that was AA46 Tuesday night.

Daughter was rerouted tomorrow ORD-BOS-LHR-PRG AA-BA-BA F-CW-CE

She has to make the LHR T5 to T3 transfer. She has 3.5 hours. Should she:

A.) Shower in T5 BA Arrivals Lounge then go to T3 (landside, yes?)?
OR
B.) Stay airside, transfer to T3 then shower at one of the T3 One World Lounge showers (which one?)

Thank you for any advice you can give.
