I've already recently suggested a dedicated thread within this forum but it didn't seem to be very popular. The general Choosing a OW FFP thread isn't the best place for discussing RTW earnings. Neither are the individual FFP forums since people are often weighing options between programs. This is the correct forum for such a thread, but with it not existing yet it's natural that people revert here or one of the other RTW titled threads since earnings on these may be quite RTW specific (various codeshares you'd normally not be able to use on standard tickets, revenue vs. distance in AA, BA, IB, etc.).
But one could certainly argue that kayzng's question is booking related since the codeshare allowing them to maximize status points isn't straightforward to see / book without knowing the tricks we here generally do. I'd also fathom that very few people outside of flyertalk know those MH flights DOH-KUL are quite unique and contracted by QR. MH can only sell a handful of seats on them under their code, most seats are open for QR code only (even heavily restricting seat selection on the flight if you have the MH code), that's definitely related to booking.

- If take MH and credit to QRPC - I got 30 Qpoints
- If I take MH but use codeshare by QR - then I got 81 Qpoints.

I found out through luck that when I was messing with my seat selection at QR page, I realize I can select my seat for KUL - NRT in the same page, which leads me to believe there is codeshare with QR in this flight.
I further investigate in QR page, by searching the flight,
- when I search KUL - NRT, it says no such flight
- when I search DOH - NRT, then the MH flight with QR code shown up as connection.
My question is, is there a reliable way to find what's the codeshare available for other flights?
Yes, with QR you get a lot more Q Points for their own codes vs. most partners. As others suggested, ExpertFlyer is the tool you need to make it as simple as possible, but it might not show you all relevant codeshares without playing around a bit (forcing searches for certain carriers for example. One wouldn't necessary think there's a JL code on JFK-GRU / GIG and DFW-GRU but there is, there are also several QR codes to Caribbean islands from MIA and maybe JFK that aren't necessarily intuitive, you'll find loads of stuff like that in ExpertFlyer that can be very useful for your planning and booking experience)
