Hello. Apologies if there is already a thread on this, I did a search.

Many moons ago, a friend recommended a Restaurant called Kat 5. It had that perfect mix of walking off a main street, to an off lane then to narrow road with an almost menacing large man at the door. Inside. Upon entering, it had vibes of The Matrix with dark hallways leading to a small mid-century elevator that we rode up on. The elevator opening revealed a new world. Egressing the elevator revealed an amazing restaurant with a modern decor and a terrace looking over the Bosphorus as if the elevator transported us to another world.

The Google says Kat 5 is temporarily closed. A friend is currently visiting Istanbul and I want to suggest a similar experience.

Can anyone recommend a good place with reasonable prices?
