enforcement.
I've seen three general GA sentiments:
1. "You may only stand in the zone 1 lane if you have zone 1 on your BP"
2. Indifference
3. "If we've called your zone, feel free to use any lane"
YYZ INT has been very consistently #3 for me.
And when you combine that with the inability to move around, such that you can be standing there when zone 1 is called but not actually make it to the lane before zone 2 is called, it becomes an issue.
My "favorite" (which I'm 100% sure I posted in this or the previous thread) was when I was standing in the zone 1 lane before zone 2 was called, and I did not reach the podium until well after zone 4 was called. There was a line of zone 1s (or people who shouldn't have been there), and they just kept advancing to the next zone, only having one agent processing zone 1. I was... not happy. Though when the OBSM came over and asked how things were going, and I explained it, he quickly deplaned for a few minutes. So I'd like to think something good came out of it.
