It’s a way of getting higher up the show me lowest price list in some countries which don’t mandate all compulsory charges and taxes must be shown

but I’ve found these and club lounge access charges don’t seem to count which I think is against the spirit of it as if I paid for a room with club access I’d get points for the whole spend
