Today, Monday (with much less people around since it's departure day) i was quoted 1 hour. 55 mins so far, nothing yet.

The translation is that they don't want folks like us here. They'd rather that Globalists go elsewhere. And that's the crutch of the problem. The loyalty system (Hyatt corporate) wants you you while the hotels (some of them at least) despise you

I agree on the ice cream bike. They advertise it as "ice cream at the pool". Then they make you go to the bar and wait in line with everyone else who wants drinks or food to buy "tokens" for $9 per scoop. That is so tacky. But that sets the stage for this property. Will not return.
I don't see any property despising anyone in particular.
Do see properties out to take advantage of World of Hyatt and its members
by coming up with their own rules for breakfast trying to up charge wherever possible to nickel and dime anyway they can.
I'm starting to consider canceling my booking here and moving it elsewhere
due to reports here of low quality breakfast,limited choice and long waits to get a table without priority for Globes
