Can someone please tell me whats the (local) number to call in Indonesia for processing the upgrade that had been wait-listed, but is now approved? I have 18hrs to call them, and emailed them too, but not have had a reply yet. (I will also need to purchase some 16.000 miles, which I am short of at the moment). Thanks
