Qpoints for legs marketed by QR / operated by another carrier

On a ticket issued by QR in R class, one of my legs was marketed by QR and operated by AY. When I checked my QRPC account after the trip, I noticed that I was credited Qpoints and Avios according to earnings in C, D, and J classes in QRPC's AY chart rather than for R in the QR chart.

I ran a couple searches on these forums and couldn't find a definitive answer -- are Qpoints earned according to marketing carrier or operating carrier when these two differ? QR's website only talks about situations where both the marketing and operating carriers are QR or another OW partner, but not when flights are marketed by QR but operated by someone else. Also wondering why the connection was credited with booking classes for AY that don't even correspond to those on my ticket... any tips appreciated.
