Just finished my first stay here and was underwhelmed. Stayed on points and tried to apply SNA/NUA, picked every possible upgrade, and received… nothing. Despite almost all suite types showing as bookable at checkin. Got a small 2nd floor room overlooking a noisy street. Room was fine but didn’t feel particularly high end. Shower was a poorly designed tub/shower combo with only half a door, so water sprayed all over the floor.

Breakfast was fine, and theoretically included for elites. But I can’t imagine paying the menu price of 55 EUR per person for what basically amounted to some pastries and fruit. Room service is not included as an option for the elite breakfast, not even with upcharge as reported upthread. Upon checkout, I found they had charged me for breakfast anyway, which is always a telling sign for how properties feel about elites.

I guess this was a decent value for point redemption, but I can’t imagine anyone paying EUR 1200/night for the room and feeling like they got reasonable value. On the plus side, the Akira Back restaurant was outstanding.
