Update: TK still refusing to change my ticket following involuntary schedule change of more than 15mn, feedback forms unsuccessful and out of 3 sales offices I emailed and tried to call two are not responding to emails and/or calls (those are DPS and CGK), and the MIA one sends me to call center.
It's the first time in 5 years that I cannot manage to change my ticket after a schedule change, so I have a feeling TK has tightened the rule recently...
