Looking at the Air M3 15" 1TB 16GB, the Apple Store prices it at about US$1650 after deducting the tax, vs $1,934 from the US apple education store with CA sales tax. Even with JPN tax, it would price out about $75 cheaper than California

If I can find that model, or order it from Bic or Yodabashi, the ~~$1,650 tax free price is a significant savings.
