Still pondering buying the Macbook Air next month in Tokyo - but - I'm running into the following issues:

1. Tax free Bic and Yodabashi do not sell the MB Air M3 with 1TB of storage - it seems totally unavailable on their websites. Does anyone local have a different experience? I don't see an option to special order it.

2. Apple Store does not stock the 1TB model - it needs to be ordered, and will take 10 days to deliver. While I can certainly do this and have it delivered to my hotel (at least I assume I can), I am trying to avoid the Apple store because of the tax, since I can't even take my receipt to a tax refund office to get cash back
