I did some PHX to TIJ flights a few weeks back and they weren't credited to my BA account. Submitted claims after 7 days which were rejected. Trying again with manual resubmission but not hopeful.
Note also routing does not show up on the BA points calculator either
What class did you fly? I notice they advertise Basic Economy for that flight which I think doesn't earn any points in some cases...
