Here's the reply to my own post, perhaps other FT users find it useful.
Austrian pre-order service offer for flights originating from VIE in Business Class (VIE BKK in my case) is exactly the choice which you find in the menu on board.

I was hoping to see first course options off the on board menu for pre-order though.
