That in itself is a problem. There are service standards and the crew is trained to adhere to them. Especially in, F, there should be a consistent service standard no matter what flight or where it goes.
Yes, but we are dealing with humans, not robots. People have off days, crew get sick and someone has to cover, jet lag, etc etc etc
All airline crews will have variation and I enjoy that BA crews often have a personality, which is more than can be said for many other carriers.
