My wife recently got a targeted 150K NLL invitation for the Amex Business Platinum in the mail. The offer invites her to apply to a ‘second Amex business card’.

She got approved for an Amex business card just a month ago using a NLL offer I found online, and this new offer expires before the 90-day mark from her previous application. Therefore, I presume she wouldn't qualify?

If she will likely be rejected, can I take advantage of her offer since we share the same last name and address?
