I booked a Doha - Montreal flight in QSuites in October. Plans have changed and now there will be a second person coming and nothing available in Business, and have a couple questions:
- if I book an economy ticket on avois and J opens up can I just pay the difference to move them to business class (One way in Economy is 40,000 Avios, 70,000 for business)
-Chances more tickets will open up between now and then
-Paid upgrade and rough fare?

Any other advice on this?
