Great stay at impressive hotel

I recently completed a several-night stay and thoroughly enjoyed this luxury hotel. As a Silver, I booked a Luxury Room and at check-in was upgraded to a slightly larger Magnifique Room. The room was really impressive, it felt brand new and everything worked perfectly. It was clean, quiet, and well appointed. The photos make the room look smaller than it felt. There was a nice entryway with closets that I didn't photograph as well as a huge shower opposite the bathtub.

I had breakfast in the restaurant each morning. While the selections were of high quality, the fresh fruit options were limited. The food items seemed identical each day. The first two days I was given a menu from which I could select a main (plus items in the buffet). For the second two nights, there was an egg station. My guess is that they don't use the menu when the hotel is busy. Service was a little cold, but some of the staff seemed to warm up over time.

I didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool or fitness room, unfortunately. I liked the location, most notably the nearby lake park that has a walking/jogging track around its entirety. The track was almost completely shaded by trees and was really nicely done. Lots of restaurant and shopping options nearby, as well as the Jamsil subway station.
