I did some PHX to TIJ flights [EDIT - in Business] a few weeks back as part of an EWR-PHX-TIJ overnight and they weren't credited to my BA account (the EWR to PHX legs were). Submitted claims after 7 days which were rejected. Trying again with manual resubmission but not hopeful.
Note also routing does not show up on the BA points calculator either
