Not sure who the caterers were back then but Do&Co usually execute the dishes pretty well. It is all very well to aspire to serve beef fillet but when it comes out dry and tough - as it always did - one questions whether the menu was designed to sound sophisticated rather than taste good.
Gate Gourmet, I believe they took over the original BA in-house catering that had been spun out.
