Pullmann Bangkok G hotel

- Name of the hotel: Pullman Bangkok G Hotel

- What is your ALL status? GOLD

- Were you (or for multi-stayers were you generally) happy with the hotel/stay? So far, neutral feelings.

- Which room did you book and which upgrade did you receive? Booked Executive room and got it, no upgrade.

- How are the rooms? Old and weary

- What was good and what was bad?

Good:
Nothing extraordinary, everything ok. Room is on the 35th floor, the view is nice.

Bad: Old room, got completely ignored at the lounge by the waiters. Waited for someone to take drink order for 30 minutes, ate buffet without drinks and left.

- Did you get club lounge access? How was the lounge? Lounge access included and on the second evening we got totally ignored for some reason, the other guests seemed to get service. I mentioned this at the lounge lobby on our way out, and the man there offered to send a drink to our room. I declined, we had our own drinks at the room already. I have also contacted the hotel via email on this matter, waiting for a reply.

- What about welcome drinks, welcome amenities or any other special perks? Drink voucher for two at the pool bar, only non-alcoholic drink.
Fruit plate waited us at the room when we returned from the first lounge visit, and it had three fruits and a note saying:

Orange "Som Sai Nam Phueng" also known as "Orange Shogun", this variety originates from Fang District in Chiang Mai - an area with suitable climate for cultivating citrus. The result? A delicious and sweet fruit beloved by all.

- Value for $ or Vouchers? Would you return? Voucher value... can't be much, don't know. Would we return? No, absolutely no.
