If there is one thing I have learned over the years is that unless a passenger becomes agressive, the FAs will always stay professional. Well beyond my personal limit. The FA's usually bend over backwards. On a trip in J last year there was a 100 year old lady (minimum 95) and the staff did everything execpt spoon feed her. They put her seat belt on, help her up and down...her 80 year old son was very useless.
