Hi - I have a small business and I have an AA Biz account (and credit cards). Also have personal, in both.

Today I logged into my AA CitiBiz credit card and see that I have about 6k "Business Miles Available" - and there is a button to "Redeem Miles" - I was curious and pressed the button and was taken to my AA Biz account - and it shows zero available award miles.

How can I find out what is going on here? Thanks in advance!!
