I don’t believe you can pay EY or EK for chauffeur drive. But they outsource to Sixt and Avis (respectively, I believe) for the service, and you can contact those companies to arrange it. You won’t get the branded cars, though, as those are dedicated to the airlines.
Sixt ride is a good shout; I have also used Blacklane, but that'll be maybe twice the cost of Sixt.
