I've had issues with misconnects intra *A and the partner airline (now stuck with me) has almost always provided excellent service. Can the same be expected from TG in BKK if KQ caused the mis-connect or would I be stuck having to call KQ to fix the issue?
good question.
it's all well and good saying its KQ's duty, but in reality after deplaning at BKK you're likely going to find little help from them at the airport
