Stayed here earlier this month - nice hotel. Upgraded (as Diamond) from a base room to one with a balcony. Was more what I'd call a terrace than a balcony, but it was lovely to have the outdoor space to sit. Chromecast on TV works well. Room was very quiet, too. It's a bit weird walking into the hotel - odd car park like corridor - but no problem once you've realised where things are.
Lovely space for the bar - including a garden space - though ended up just taking a drink back to the room. Very good breakfast - the toast with pumpkin seeds and egg was very good, and the cheeses, baked goods etc were good quality (the blue cheese was excellent, and surprisingly good for a hotel buffet). Nice to be able to eat outside, too. There's a small drinks fridge with complementary bottles of water. House keeping is only every three days, but they were happy to replace towels etc.
Only complaints would be that a comfier chair or two in the room and on the terrace would be nice. Also, only instant coffee available in the room (though there are good non-coffee options) and the kettle is very slow to boil.
Location is good for public transport/Uber, and walkable into the city centre. A good few places to eat and drink nearby (and supermarkets, though they shut surprisingly early). Would go back if visiting Vienna again!
