Business lowest award should charge a fee for refund. There is a trick here that does work, ie. If you have a Y reward you can change it to any award in J that suits your needs and you won’t be charged the change fee to do that but if it was J lowest award it should still charge you to cancel the new tkt if you wanted to do that.
