I’m about 6.3” and would take Row 1 over row 6, although all rows in the current layout are very comfy for me. Your feet will probably touch the bulkhead, but you’ll get served first in row 1 and are more likely to get your first meal choice. 2C/D are the absolute best seats on this aircraft though.
(Note this May all be different if talking about a flight in the future with the new seating)
