Ticketing fee on award flights (Billing address in Denmark)
I bought revenue flights on UA and they always charge me 80DKK ticketing fee and I thought it's alright. But when I tried to book an award it also charges me that - which I found it very strange. I used the UA app and if I said US billing address there is no such fee - anyone knows what's going on? Is there a way to just use US billing address to book my flights with a foreign AMEX?
