no I got that.
Improving breakfast is not exactly spreading the word that Rio is “improved” and it’s surely from all the globalists aiming for (relatively cheaper) elite night qualifications.
no (non EQN chasing) globalist will pick the Rio at its current stage over other options on the strip IMO. I just can’t imagine a globalist right now going to their friends and family and say, “oh stay at the Rio when you go to Vegas, breakfast is back to full breakfast if I give your GOH, it’s not on the strip but the Rio is improving!!!”
