One exit row on 737-800s?

Just checking an SEA-EWR flight I have scheduled for a month from now, and was interested to see the seat map for the new 737-800 on that specific flight only shows ONE exit row in coach: row 14.

Surprised, in part, because when I booked my ticket a month ago, I assumed 14 and 15 were both exit rows (as the general 737-800 seat map on the Alaska site still shows) and booked in 15; today I quickly changed it to 14 on my specific flight to make sure my 6'4" frame could stretch, even though I had to give up an aisle seat for a window seat.

I have talked with an Alaska MVP/Gold CSR who was just as mystified as I am about the disparity in the seat maps and had no explanation as which one is actually right.

Update: Another CSR tells me she just spoke with Alaska operations about this. She says it appears the exit rows on all of the new 737-800s aren't the same row numbers -- on some, she says she was told, it's rows 13-14; on others, it's rows 14-15. The only commonality is that row 14 is for sure an exit row on an Alaska 737-800.

As a matter of pure speculation, that may be why only row 14 shows as an exit row on the specific flight seat map right now, before the 800s are in service. Either that, or perhaps the seat map I'm seeing is a precursor to an equipment change if the new 800 isn't ready in time, playing it safe .... Again, pure speculation. Facts welcome.
