The other points the author makes maybe debated but the failure to provide a clean environment for travel after what we all just experienced (masks, six feet apart, kept in our homes, etc) should be truly acceptable!
Customers should complain loudly and to BA and to regulators about an un sanitary offering......

During COVID, passengers did all the cleaning for the airlines, pretty much a free cleaning service on every flight.
