RSW-LGA, same preorders posted above - short rib, ravioli, buratta salad, and simple chicken and pizza. We both pre-ordered the ravioli but hubby asked to change to short rib on board and it wasn’t an issue. This was a ~120-hr PM upgrade with companion on a free companion ticket.

Short rib was quite good, all meat, UA must get the gristle parts lol.
Ravioli also pretty good but needed more sauce as the ravioli underneath were a little dry.
Overall good catering and service.
