I noticed that too. There are two business center areas in the NRT AC, actually: one as you enter on the left, and another in the back of the club. The one in front was full (only 6 stations I think). The one in back had an open cubicle, which I took. I plugged my laptop into the ethernet connection and a screen came up advising me that there would be a 500 yen charge to proceed. I walked next door to the CX club, plugged my laptop into the ethernet connection there, and surfed away for free

It's true the CX lounge has no restrooms but, at the time I was there (mid afternoon), there were only about 3 people in the club, while the AC was noisy and jammed to the hilt.

BTW, I started my day at The Wing in HKG. Best lounge I've ever seen...the made-to-order noodle bar was my favorite...
