Again, I really appreciate the suggestions and help so far, I have sent a letter to the GM, and also called the number provided above(thank you Marriot Concierge). I will disclose the property along with their reactions once this matter is setttled.
With all due respect, you came here asking for help. This forum is a two way street. The way it works is that we SHARE information with EACH OTHER. By the way, it may help you in your dealings with Marriott to spell Marriott the way Marriott likes Marriott to be spelled: Marriott. Good luck.
