Hi there! Thanks in advance for the help! I've booked two Qantas premium economy tickets from JFK to AKL this upcoming December for a trip and am very excited! One oddity that I'm a bit confused about is seat selection.

When I try to go and select a seat, I get the message: "Individual seat selection isn't available for this flight." It gives me options to express preference for aisle or window seats, but no specific seat numbers. I've flown internationally before on many international carriers and have always been able to select seats, so I'm wondering why this is running into issues.
