Arlequín Lodge is like a small Llao Llao. It's cozy and with stunning natural surroundings (similar to Llao Llao). But it does not match Llao Llao in terms of facilities and service. Both locations are beautiful areas, but Llao Llao is much far from the city. Without a car, Arlequin might be your best choice.
