I understand the concerns above, however, I like to be fair and give them a chance to address the experience I've had prior to having everyone start slinging mud at them. This could be an isolated incident, or not. I just wanted to be fair and give them a chance before I make my final judgement of this property and the Marriot brand overall.
Again, I really appreciate the suggestions and help so far, I have sent a letter to the GM, and also called the number provided above(thank you Marriot Concierge). I will disclose the property along with their reactions once this matter is setttled.
