Outside of Marriott, I'm tempted by the new Sofitel North Bund (ex Greenland Jiulong Hotel). No reviews online yet, but room with access to Club Millesime are in this price range.
I would consider JW People's Square, Bund Westin, or Marquis. The Portman would have been my top recommendation as I would consider it tops location-wise, but you won't get breakfast or lounge there and those are your key requirements.
