Just an update. Spoke to YouFirst who picked up within a minute, considering this is a bank holiday weekend in the UK!
Both my outbound from LHR and inbound from DFW avios tickets were amended to the dates I preferred (shifted my holiday 3 days earlier from original date)
great customer service by BA for once!
looking through the BA site and our EC261 dashboard looks like no compensation available as we were notified 14 days before flight (Jan 2025 flight booking)
