I have a T2 to T2 transfer w a quick turn around on the same airline (ITA). I hope that will at least be smooth but any insight from anyone on how that works is appreciated. Being I am under 3 hours when I arrive from Rome and turn around to Rome will I be able to go directly to the lounge ? No busses or anything ?
Did you end up doing this? I have the same (FCO-CAI-FCO) coming up.

Were you able to check in online for the CAI-FCO leg?
