Avios booking flight cancelled by BA. What are my rights?
Hi all,
My Avios outbound from LHR in First has been cancelled and been moved to a flight two days later. This is for a booking next Jan 2025.
Can I call BA and have them move me onto a flight the next day (regardless of any avios availability) at the moment they’ve moved to a flight departing two days later!
what are my rights? (Also can I call Youfirst to have this booking amended?)
BA have not given me a YouFirst number for some reason, so please provide if you know.
