DP

TLDR: tax payments count even with the temporary card number, towards min spend. If denied the points, it’s a computer technical error

Just a DP. March 2022 my biz plat spend bonus did not post from tax payments using the temporary card number.

CSR said the standard, doesn’t count misinformation, and I accepted it as a loss. I churn a lot and that was the time of plentiful NLL offers so while bummed, I moved on.

Fast forward to today, they sent me a $1500 check un solicited for the 150k MR bonus stating that it was a technical error and they’re sorry they didn’t deliver the points. While it’s a 1cc/point value, I want expecting anything and was pleasantly surprised.
