Pullman Arcadia Naithon Beach Phuket

In addition to the various welcome amenities, during my stay, the General Manager, the Hotel Manager, and the F&B Manager all passed by at breakfast, greeted me by name, and thanked me for my loyalty as a Platinum member. I was informed the GM personally leads the weekly beach cleanup despite some friction with the town mayor (it's a public beach beside the property).

This to me is much more important than any handwritten note or amenities, and is something I try to remember. Other members have noted this particular Thai property goes out of their way to recognize status members.
